Better quality for exported recordings

It would be nice to be able to export recordings at 120 fps or higher, because when we have a lot of colors on the screen or gradients, the app unfortunately only handle 60 fps and I can't extract the essence of what I want to show. I think it would also be useful to consider 8K resolution.
